We will ship orders as they are completed.
We are currently 1 week from date ordered to ship out.
Priority Mail, USPS.
We do not over night or expedite the shipping on products.
REPAIR & REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We will repair and fix any of our holsters that are damaged or need some slight maintenance as part of our life time warranty. We stand beside our holsters, because they are always by our side. Contact us for information on how to return items for repair.
Any legitimate refund can be made within the first 30 days of receiving our product once the product has been returned to our shop. Since everything is hand crafted and very specific we do not honor the customer cry-back program. Please be absolutely certain when choosing products listed. Laser etching on holsters and other objects may vary in color due to material or matter. For refund inquires fill out a contact form.
Any exchange or change to order must be made prior to shipping. No exchanges or changes to order after the product has been shipped will be made.
